To initiate a dispute with your broker, you must first submit a complaint to them, and if they do not respond or clarify within 14 days, the Commission will assess the matter based on the prescribed criteria.

    It is crucial that you provide all relevant information in full, ensuring every detail is truthful and precise. Submissions containing omissions or inaccurate data may result in the Commission declining to investigate or proceed with your complaint.

    When submitting your case to Crypto Regulation Authority, please include comprehensive, well-documented evidence to substantiate your claims. The thoroughness and reliability of your submission will significantly affect both the timeframe for review and the eventual resolution.

    Kindly note that the official website is the sole authorised channel for lodging complaints. Under no circumstances should you disclose your login credentials, Crypto Regulation Authority staff will never request this information. To avoid delays, ensure all supporting documents are uploaded at the point of submission.

    Documents should be uploaded in .pdf or .doc/.docx formats only, and must not exceed 10 MB in size.
